Yes. Most modern CCTV systems allow you to view live cameras and recorded footage remotely from your phone or tablet and receive motion or person alerts.
Is WiFi or PoE better for security cameras?
It depends on the property. PoE cameras generally provide a very reliable wired connection, while WiFi cameras can be ideal where running network cables is difficult. We can recommend the best solution for your property.
What is PoE?
It stands for Power Over Ethernet. In simple terms, it means one network cable does two jobs at the same time
So instead of needing an electrical socket near every camera, you just run one Ethernet cable to each camera.
